No struggle, no victory!

We had a pretty normal week. Again. haha. But I made french toast for breakfast this morning with the pentionista, and that was super cool. Also, our pention took us out to eat last night at the Liverpool Diner (which is not nearly as classy as it sounds). It was super good, except I accidentally invited the waiter to eat with us. I pulled out a chair for my companion, and asked him to have a seat, but then I looked up and my companion wasn´t next to me, but rather a 17 year old girl with a rather surprised, but flattered expression. Then, I later accidentally called her seƱora, which is an old-lady term. And besides, she already thought I was crazy because we had come the night before, but I had arrived all dressed up aside from the fact that I was using flip flops because we had arrived to the room for the night, I took off my shoes, and then we decided we wanted chicken. And the thing is that there was a ton of snow on the ground and the flip flops have holes in them (the freaky alien ones). But it was alright because I apologized for messing up her night, and now she laughs every time we pass by which is quite a few times, considering the size of Carhuamayo. We´re teaching a pretty good amount of lessons, as always, but not having a ton of success, as always. But we have our fingers crossed that this baptism will go according to plans Thursday! I also remember you guys often and I´m also super proud of all of you. Stay strong, my lovelies. No struggle, no victory!
Much love,
Elder Alexander
