Well, I went to Huancayo for the week to have district leader conference. It was edifying and I ate Burger King, Pizza Hut, and KFC. A success, in conclusion. But I did have a day and a half to proselyte in my area, which was nice.
Our investigator is having a hard time. If you could remember her in your prayers. She´s in the repentance process, but it´s not easy, especially here. Everyone gives her a hard time just because she wants to do the right thing. Even her family. But I know God is already helping her a lot.
On the other hand, I´ve been stepping in poop a lot lately. Like, an abnormal amount. At least once, every day. I know that´s not the most pleasant thing to hear, but I feel I should be honest about my difficulties here. This morning, I stepped in dog poop twice, on my way to breakfast. And the worst is that I have to wipe it off dragging my shoe in the grass, and EVERYONE stares at me, knowing exactly what has happened. I figure some of them have even seen me do it more than once. It won´t be long before I get a reputation here.
Anyways, I love you all very much and am thankful for all your care and prayers sent my way!
Much love,
Elder Alexander
